Description
- We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior MEAN Stack Developer to join our team. This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be able to align with our time zones and team collaboration needs. Note: This is not a management role. We are looking for hands-on developers who deliver high-quality work and communicate effectively in proficient English with team members.
- Key Responsibilities include collaborating with team members to design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications, architecting and maintaining REST APIs with JSON responses, creating and optimizing microservices, analyzing complex problems, performing code reviews, and continuously improving the codebase and processes. The role requires staying updated on latest technologies and contributing beyond core expertise.
- Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of recent hands-on experience with the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express, Angular, Node.js)
- Deep understanding of JavaScript Core, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Proven expertise with cloud technologies like AWS, GCP, Docker, K8S
- Strong knowledge of databases, cloud architecture, networking, security protocols
- Experience with Git and CI systems
- Familiarity with Agile/XP methodologies
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proactive learning attitude, ownership, problem-solving in a fast environment
- Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with financial data/services
- Familiarity with Zapier integrations
- Experience with Jira and TestRail
- Exposure to DevOps practices
