The role of Sales Representative terrain involves acquiring new agents, maintaining relationships, and increasing transaction volume and revenue through strategic outreach, negotiation, and support.
The candidate will identify high-potential merchants, present the agent wallet product, negotiate contracts, ensure agent satisfaction, and collaborate with the Team Leader to resolve liquidity issues.
Requirements include at least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in financial services, telecom, FMCG, strong communication and negotiation skills, relationship-building ability, motivation, organization, mobile app proficiency, and a driving license with a vehicle.
