We're not just building software: we're on a mission to make shift work more human, to change work/life balance from a luxury to a reality for all shift workers. We're using advanced technology to help humans reach their full potential. At work and in life.
  • Founded in 2004, Planday is headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark and helps create perfect schedules for hundreds of thousands of users across the world.
  • We’re looking for a strategic and driven Senior Partner Marketing Manager to lead Planday’s partner-led growth motion across the UK and Europe. This role will focus on building and scaling high-impact programs with both integration partners and affiliates, turning our partner ecosystem into a measurable and sustainable growth engine.
  • Reporting to the VP of Growth, with a dotted line to our Partnerships Director, you’ll build and execute our partner programmes with key technology and integration partners, establish a marketing-supported affiliate lead generation engine and co-marketing programs, and build scalable processes to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
  • This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of partner marketing at Planday, combining strategy, hands-on execution, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable impact.
  • What you’ll do
  • Partner GTM strategy and leadership
  • Define and lead the partner marketing strategy, aligning with regional GTM and growth objectives.
  • Build and operationalize a scalable framework for the Planday partner programme - from planning and activation to measurement and optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with Partnerships, Sales, Product, and RevOps to align partner programs with revenue goals and ensure visibility of impact.
  • Integration partner marketing
  • Co-develop and execute joint GTM campaigns with key integration partners (e.g., payroll, POS, accounting, and software ecosystem partners).
  • Drive co-marketing initiatives such as webinars, joint content, case studies, and in-market events to generate awareness and qualified referrals.
  • Establish regular reporting on partner-sourced and influenced pipeline, demonstrating the partner’s contribution to revenue.
  • Affiliate growth and enablement
  • Design, launch, and scale a marketing-supported affiliate lead generation engine that delivers high-quality leads.
  • Build campaigns to recruit, engage, and activate new affiliates - ensuring they have the tools and content to succeed.
  • Partner with RevOps to ensure affiliate tracking, attribution, and reporting are embedded and accurate.
  • Test new acquisition channels and creative approaches to optimize affiliate performance and ROI.
  • Performance and optimization
  • Track campaign results and share insights to improve performance and collaboration.
  • Experiment with new co-marketing formats and incentives to increase engagement and conversions.
  • Report regularly on key metrics including pipeline contribution, partner engagement, and ROI.
  • What you’ll bring with you
  • 6+ years in B2B marketing with 3+ years focused on partner or ecosystem marketing within SaaS or technology sectors.
  • Strong ability to translate business goals into actionable GTM strategies and measurable outcomes.
  • Proven track record in running successful co-marketing and affiliate programs.
  • Skilled at influencing and aligning cross-functional teams.
  • Confident in using data and insights to inform decisions and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (SFMC/HubSpot), affiliate software, and analytics tools.
  • Self-starter with ownership, adaptability, and curiosity.
  • At Planday, we offer you
  • Benefits like pension, health insurance, inclusive support for new parents and generous vacation.
  • On top of your annual base salary, you are offered to be part of an Employee Share Plan.
  • Growth and progression opportunities.
  • Hybrid work environment.
  • Strong social culture with team and company activities.
  • Meaningful work contributing to improving the lives of shift workers worldwide.
  • Healthy work-life balance and autonomous work approach.
  • Finally, our offices are not just workplaces. Plandayers are open, welcoming, and supported to show their true selves at work.
  • We believe diversity and inclusion are key to innovation and a vibrant workplace. We are an equal opportunity employer and support reasonable accommodations during the application process.
