Description
- The GCP Data & AI Architect at Xebia is responsible for designing end-to-end GCP data and AI architectures, leading data modernization efforts, integrating AI/ML solutions, and ensuring governance, security, and compliance.
- The role includes client engagement, technical leadership, and driving innovation through reusable assets and frameworks.
- The architect acts as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through their GCP data and AI journey, and supporting pre-sales activities such as RFP responses and technical presentations.
- The position requires extensive experience in data and AI architecture, with a focus on GCP solutions, and involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years in data and AI architecture, with at least 5 years focused on GCP solutions in enterprise or SI environments.
- Certifications: Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer, Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect (preferred).
- Experience with GCP data services: BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, Dataplex, Data Catalog.
- Experience with AI/ML services: Vertex AI, AI Platform, TensorFlow, AutoML, BigQuery ML.
- Proficiency in integration & orchestration tools: Cloud Composer, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, API Gateway.
- Knowledge of infrastructure tools: GKE, Terraform, Cloud Build, IAM, VPC, Cloud Security Command Center.
- Programming skills in Python, SQL, Java, Scala.
- Experience with MLOps tools: MLflow, Kubeflow, TFX, CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong client communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
