- The Dispute Analyst role involves investigating customer disputes across multiple payment types, validating chargeback rights, managing provisional credits, maintaining detailed case documentation, collaborating with internal teams, responding to disputes, monitoring dispute aging, communicating outcomes to customers, identifying trends, and supporting audits and reporting.
- The role requires at least 3 years of dispute handling experience, knowledge of Regulation E, NACHA, and card network guidelines, excellent communication skills, organizational skills, familiarity with dispute systems, and a relevant degree or certifications.
