- Our client has a growing global e-commerce company operating in the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, and the EU. After a period of rapid growth, the company is looking for a senior specialist to take full ownership of their Shopify ecosystem, focusing on performance, CRO, SEO, and long-term platform improvements.
- Their priority is clear: Fix conversion rate performance immediately, then build a scalable, unified Shopify platform for the long term.
- Responsibilities include:
- Expert-level proficiency in Shopify (Online Store 2.0, Liquid, JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
- Proven experience in CRO, including A/B testing, UX improvements, and funnel optimization.
- Strong technical SEO expertise.
- Experience working with GA4, GTM, and Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity.
- Hands-on executor with the ability to own end-to-end implementation.
- Comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of deliverables.
- Ability to join weekly video calls.
- Availability for quarterly travel to the U.S. (travel costs covered).
- Commitment to long-term collaboration.
- Nice to Have:
- Experience with AI-driven search optimization or advanced schema implementations.
- Background managing multi-store Shopify environments.
- Familiarity with conversion-focused copywriting.
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
