Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to senior leaders
- Excellent written and spoken English with professional executive communication skills
- Strong follow-up discipline and ability to drive tasks to completion
- High level of organization, confidentiality, and judgment
- Comfortable working with Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets) and Zoom/Meet
- Ability to overlap 2–4 hours daily with Europe/Berlin time zone
- Comfortable working remotely with async coordination
