  • The role involves implementing operational improvements, building capacity monitoring systems, managing workflows in Jira and Salesforce, overseeing vendor and compliance management, and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations, preferably in financial services, financial technology, GRC, or professional services
  • Proficiency in operational tools including Jira and Salesforce
  • Ability to build dashboards and reporting systems for real-time operational visibility
  • Experience with vendor management, workflow optimization, and project management
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher), PMP, or other operational excellence certifications preferred
  • Strong analytical skills to identify patterns, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Experience building automation workflows or working with operations/process automation tools
  • Comfort with data analysis and metrics-driven decision making
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to create structure in fast-moving environments
  • Experience managing international vendor relationships and cross-border operational complexity (preferred)
