- Vcheck is looking for an Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone of the organization.
- The role involves implementing operational improvements, building capacity monitoring systems, managing workflows in Jira and Salesforce, overseeing vendor and compliance management, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- The candidate will lead automation initiatives, develop KPI dashboards, and ensure adherence to industry regulations.
- The position requires collaboration with various departments, managing international vendors, and maintaining operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in operations, preferably in financial services, financial technology, GRC, or professional services
- Proficiency in operational tools including Jira and Salesforce
- Ability to build dashboards and reporting systems for real-time operational visibility
- Experience with vendor management, workflow optimization, and project management
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher), PMP, or other operational excellence certifications preferred
- Strong analytical skills to identify patterns, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
- Experience building automation workflows or working with operations/process automation tools
- Comfort with data analysis and metrics-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
- Ability to create structure in fast-moving environments
- Experience managing international vendor relationships and cross-border operational complexity (preferred)
