  • We’re looking for our first sales person.
  • Someone who will figure out with us how we best sell, rather than just executing a pre-built playbook.
  • This isn’t a role where you operate a finished system.
  • You build the system.
  • Together with the founders, product team, and customer success, you’ll win our first customers, sharpen our messaging, and lay the foundation for everyone who comes after you.

  • Nice-to-haves are startup sales experience, frameworks like MEDDIC or SPICED, and technical audience communication skills.

Requirements
  • Experience as an Account Executive (or comparable) in B2B SaaS or tech sales
  • You've run the complete sales cycle before, from cold outreach to close
  • You understand consultative/value-based selling
  • Fluent German and excellent English (C1–C2)
  • Curiosity and the ability to explain AI products clearly
  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce, or desire to help build one from scratch
