Retail Store Manager

The Retail Store Manager oversees the operations of one of our retail locations. They are responsible for managing the staff, inventory, and finances of the store, as well as providing excellent customer service to our valued customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail management and a passion for the tobacco industry.
Responsibilities include recruiting, training, motivating, and developing staff; managing inventory levels and product ordering; creating relationships with customers; meeting sales and operational goals; managing daily store operations including cash handling, staffing, and compliance; developing sales and marketing strategies; analyzing sales data; and ensuring a safe, clean environment. The role requires working over 40 hours a week, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with additional tasks as assigned.
