  • We’re a remote-first team of 100+ guided by values like Customer Obsession and Always Be Shipping.
  • The role involves managing and nurturing key customer accounts, owning renewal processes, identifying and closing new enterprise deals, engaging in targeted outbound prospecting, and serving as a domain expert in subscription monetization.
  • You will collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure customer success and revenue growth.
  • Success metrics include account management, new deal closures, pipeline development, and long-term customer relationships.
