- The role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining IT compliance programs, supporting risk assessments and audits, analyzing complex data to evaluate compliance controls, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes, and providing guidance on policies.
- The candidate will liaise with auditors, develop documentation, and stay current with evolving regulations.
- Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in IT or related field, 5+ years of experience, knowledge of frameworks like COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, and familiarity with regulations such as SOX, GDPR, and HIPAA.
- Certifications like CISA, CISSP, or CRISC are highly desirable.
- The role requires excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
