- The Retail Operations Program Manager will lead day-to-day management of retail experiences, develop operating models, partner with cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, oversee reporting and KPIs, and coordinate on-site activations and events.

Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in retail operations.
- Proven ability to launch and operate premium experiential or client-facing spaces.
- Experience managing vendors, contracts, and retail operations.
- Strength in building SOPs, training programs, and scalable operating models.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort working at the intersection of brand and operations.
- Financial acumen and ability to track and report on KPIs.
- A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences in physical environments.
