Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT support
  • 1+ years of experience in executive IT support
  • Experience with Windows, OS X, iOS, and Android operating systems
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft Outlook, ActiveSync, Microsoft SharePoint Server, and Teams
  • Experience with Slack, Teams, Zoom, and other video conferencing technologies
  • Strong general computer technology skills
  • Knowledge of wired and wireless network technologies
  • Excellent written, verbal, and phone communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize executive support issues
  • Ability to make independent judgment calls
  • Ability to respond quickly to support requests
  • Willing to work overtime and weekends
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs unassisted
