Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales training or enablement with a proven track record of improving sales team performance.
  • Deep understanding of the B2B sales cycle and core skills like discovery, objection handling, presenting, negotiation, and closing.
  • Strong working knowledge and training experience with key sales technologies, including CRM (e.g., Salesforce), conversation intelligence (e.g., Gong), and content management systems (e.g., Highspot).
  • Exceptional facilitation skills, inspiring and coaching sales professionals through dynamic training sessions.
  • Experience designing and managing blended learning programs (live, virtual, and self-paced).
  • Proven ability to build trust and influence across frontline sellers and senior leadership.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience linking training programs to measurable business outcomes.
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
