- Vida Health is looking for a Staff React Native Engineer to lead the technical direction of their next-generation member experience across mobile and web.
- The role involves rebuilding their native mobile app and React web portal into a unified React Native platform supporting iOS, Android, and Web.
- The engineer will partner with Product, Design, and clinical leaders to create a scalable, component-driven application with a focus on UX, accessibility, developer experience, and operational excellence.
- Responsibilities include defining architecture patterns, collaborating on design systems, supporting multiple client configurations, translating design into performant UI, establishing observability and CI/CD best practices, mentoring the frontend team, and participating in hiring.
- Qualifications include a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, 7+ years of relevant experience, deep expertise in React Native, experience with large-scale codebases, performance profiling, and modern tooling.
- Preferred skills include native iOS/Android experience, experience with React Native Web, experimentation at scale, and working in regulated domains.
- The salary range is $160,000 - $180,000 per year.
