  • Organization: HealthIT Beaker Job Summary: This Lead role is a member of the Lab Information Systems (LIS) team that provides technical leadership for Beaker configuration and workflows.
  • The role provides technical oversight on the Beaker Clinical Pathology (CP) implementation to reduce risk of build errors and delays in overall project milestones.
  • Once Beaker AP and CP is live, this role will be responsible for maintenance, support, and will provide LIS team guidance on strategic initiatives.
  • Note: This role is available for remote work from most US locations.
  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include designing, building, installing, configuring, and developing software to support clinical, administrative, financial, and operational workflows; analyzing workflows supported by the products; supporting implementations including testing, QA, reporting, training, and communication; onboarding and training as needed.
  • REQUIREMENTS include a Bachelor's degree, Epic Beaker AP & CP certification, and project management experience is a plus.
  • TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES include Business Knowledge, Problem Management, Product Knowledge, Testing, Configuration Management, Technical Analysis, and others.
