- Position Overview:
- We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Software Developer to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level technology initiatives. This position plays a crucial role in shaping scalable, fault-tolerant software solutions and requires a systems-minded developer who thrives in collaborative environments. The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging with both technical teams and executive leadership to bring complex projects from concept to completion.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable, decoupled, and fault-tolerant software solutions
- Analyze inter-system workflows and identify opportunities for improvement
- Synthesize complex data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Collaborate across departments to deliver reliable software solutions
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or in final stages of completion)
- Master’s degree in a related discipline is a plus
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in software development
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in .NET and C#
- Strong experience with SQL
- Deep understanding of object-oriented programming
- Experience with distributed systems and full-stack development
- Comfortable working in Agile development environments
- Architectural thinking and systems-level understanding
- Additional Competencies:
- Adaptability to new technologies and programming languages
- Timely and precise project execution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative spirit
- Fluency in English is required
