Description
- The Finance Director - Associate Athletic Director is the chief financial strategist for Phoenix Athletics, partnering with the Director of Athletics and campus leadership to ensure resources are aligned with the university’s mission and ambitions.
- Responsibilities include overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting, as well as managing business operations such as ticketing and concessions.
- The role requires leading a finance team, developing financial strategies, and communicating complex financial data to stakeholders.
- The position demands flexibility to attend events during non-standard hours and the ability to build trust and collaboration across the department.
- The role is exempt from overtime and offers a salary range of $70,000 - $90,000.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business or related field
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in accounting, budgeting, or financial management
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
