- We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Recruiter to join our fast-paced, mission-driven team.
- You will be instrumental in scaling Corvus Robotics by building out our talent acquisition process and bringing in top-tier candidates across a variety of roles.
- You will lead recruiting across various roles in a high-growth startup by running scalable operational processes, including scheduling, metrics, and pipeline management.
- You will partner with Hiring Managers to identify ideal candidate profiles, source challenging-to-fill positions, and iterate on a robust recruiting process.
- Maintaining high standards for candidates while creating a positive candidate experience is essential.
- The role requires experience in recruiting operations, sourcing, outreach campaigns, and familiarity with ATS and AI sourcing tools.
- Preferred experience includes working in robotics, deeptech, or supply chain automation, and experience in early-stage startups or tech companies.
