We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Recruiter to join our fast-paced, mission-driven team.
You will be instrumental in scaling Corvus Robotics by building out our talent acquisition process and bringing in top-tier candidates across a variety of roles.
You will lead recruiting across various roles in a high-growth startup by running scalable operational processes, including scheduling, metrics, and pipeline management.
You will partner with Hiring Managers to identify ideal candidate profiles, source challenging-to-fill positions, and iterate on a robust recruiting process.
Maintaining high standards for candidates while creating a positive candidate experience is essential.
The role requires experience in recruiting operations, sourcing, outreach campaigns, and familiarity with ATS and AI sourcing tools.
Preferred experience includes working in robotics, deeptech, or supply chain automation, and experience in early-stage startups or tech companies.
