As a Physician Recruiter, you will be solely responsible for all activities related to physician recruitment within our organization. Daily, you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to negotiating offers and facilitating onboarding. You will develop strategies, build relationships with candidates and stakeholders, and ensure a positive experience to contribute to our clinical excellence. Responsibilities include participation in regional and/or national physician recruitment associations, maintaining records using ATS, developing relationships with residency and fellowship programs, managing reporting responsibilities, and seeking efficiencies in reporting and ATS systems.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience, 2 years of full cycle recruitment experience (including healthcare or university recruiting), and experience in sourcing, networking, screening, assessing, and building rapport with hiring teams and candidates.
