Description
- Tubi, a free streaming service with over 100 million monthly users, is hiring a Temporary Senior Counsel to join its legal team.
- The attorney will focus on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating marketing agreements, clearing content for campaigns, and advising on marketing legal issues such as FTC disclosures and claims-based advertising.
- The position is hybrid in Los Angeles or remote, reporting to the Vice President and Associate General Counsel, Marketing and Advertising.
- The role requires 6+ years of legal experience in entertainment marketing, strong drafting skills, and experience managing complex legal transactions.
- The candidate should have experience with international marketing, agency and production company dealings, and be a licensed attorney in at least one U.S. state.
- The salary range is $186,600 - $266,500 USD, plus benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), paid time off, parental leave, and wellness reimbursement.
