The New Business Sales Director - CCaaS Solutions is responsible for driving new business revenue across the UK&I. This role focuses on the execution of the sales cycle: identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities with Enterprise and Mid-Market clients modernizing their customer engagement through CCaaS and digital CX transformation.
You will execute the full sales lifecycle, from qualification through to contract closure, collaborating closely with internal Solution Architecture and Delivery teams to implement market-leading cloud contact centre solutions. This is a consultative sales role requiring strong practical knowledge of CCaaS platforms (e.g., NICE, Genesys, Five9, Microsoft, Google, Cisco, etc.)
