  • The New Business Sales Director - CCaaS Solutions is responsible for driving new business revenue across the UK&I. This role focuses on the execution of the sales cycle: identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities with Enterprise and Mid-Market clients modernizing their customer engagement through CCaaS and digital CX transformation.
  • You will execute the full sales lifecycle, from qualification through to contract closure, collaborating closely with internal Solution Architecture and Delivery teams to implement market-leading cloud contact centre solutions. This is a consultative sales role requiring strong practical knowledge of CCaaS platforms (e.g., NICE, Genesys, Five9, Microsoft, Google, Cisco, etc.)
