Description
  • Trustonic is seeking a Sales Engineer to join their Solution Delivery team in North America.
  • The role involves supporting regional sales leadership by providing technical expertise, conducting solution architecture discussions with C-level and technical stakeholders, and driving pre-sales activities.
  • Responsibilities include qualifying customer requirements, delivering tailored product demos, creating technical proposals, and acting as the primary technical liaison between sales, engineering, and product teams.
  • The Sales Engineer will also engage with customers during the lifecycle, manage relationships, identify opportunities for solution optimization, and influence product roadmaps.
  • The role requires a customer-centric mindset, strong organizational skills, technical proficiency in APIs, cloud architectures, device locking technologies, and experience in SaaS or telecom industries.
  • The candidate should have an undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related fields, and possess skills in solution design, technical consulting, and stakeholder communication.
