Requirements
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in related area strongly preferred
- Minimum of one year experience in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN, etc.)
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment
- Current CPR certification required (or must be obtained within 60 days of hire or change in position)
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
- Capacity to develop effective relationships at all organizational levels
- Ability to adapt, innovate, and lead in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to cover multiple locations with some local travel
- Healthcare experience preferred, leadership experience required
