Description
- The Vice President, Enterprise Solutions & Business Alignment at Tract is responsible for acting as a strategic bridge between business lines and the corporate IT organization.
- The role involves understanding business goals, aligning them with IT roadmaps, evaluating solution options, and guiding technology decisions to maximize agility, scalability, and ROI.
- The position requires deep knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud platforms, and solution consulting.
- Key responsibilities include strategic engagement, enterprise architecture fluency, solution consulting, demand and portfolio management, and change leadership.
- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), 10+ years of IT/business experience, and expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and solution design.
- Preferred skills include experience with ERP, CRM, large program management, and Lean Six Sigma.
- The total compensation ranges from $125,000 to $175,000, including base salary and bonus.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of IT/business experience, including at least 5 years in IT business partnering, solution consulting, or enterprise architecture.
- Experience in multinational or matrixed organizations.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent).
- Deep familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), SaaS ecosystems, and integration architectures.
- Proven ability to lead solution consulting engagements (business case, vendor assessment, high-level design).
- Understanding of data architecture, security, compliance, and interoperability considerations.
- Ability to translate business strategy into IT roadmaps and initiatives.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills at executive and operational levels.
- Strong consultative and facilitation abilities.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and bridge global/cross-LOB priorities.
