Description
  • Tract is a team of digital infrastructure experts focused on developing master-planned data center parks with access to pre-positioned power and fiber across key markets in the United States.
  • The Energy Project Manager will support utility-scale power capacity projects by working with electric utilities, RTOs/ISOs, and other energy stakeholders.
  • Responsibilities include managing interactions with utilities, evaluating utility capabilities, leading technical teams, tracking project progress and financials, and supporting power supply development programs.
  • The role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, risk mitigation, and strategic relationship building.
  • The position offers flexible work locations in Denver, CO or Reno, NV, with regular travel.
  • The salary range is $120,000 to $165,000 plus bonus, along with comprehensive benefits including employer-covered medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, and unlimited PTO.

Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years of energy project management experience in construction, operations, project finance, rate analysis, technical project management, transmission, generation, or distribution development.
  • Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to power infrastructure or capacity commitments.
  • Ability to translate technical engineering concepts to executives, investors, and Board members.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
