The position offers a base salary of $66,000 plus uncapped variable, with estimated on-target earnings of $106,800.
You can work from anywhere in the USA or Canada, covering North American time zones.
Responsibilities include prospecting, discovery, demos, deal management, forecasting, collaboration with customer success, and continuous learning.
The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, a hunter mindset, strategic and consultative skills, high emotional intelligence, and tech fluency.
The interview process includes skills tests, video intro, screening, technical interview, and a paid business case.

Requirements
2-4 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally selling to SMB or mid-market customers.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota and managing full sales cycle.
Strong prospecting, discovery, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and nurture a sales pipeline through inbound and outbound efforts.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
High emotional intelligence and coachability.
Tech fluency with CRM and sales tools, quick adoption of new platforms and AI.
Ability to work independently and remotely across North American time zones.
