Description
- As a Senior Professional Civil Engineer with 10-20 years of experience, you will lead impactful projects that enhance community connectivity and safety.
- Responsibilities include designing and managing civil projects in transportation and municipal sectors, developing project plans, specifications, and cost estimates, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- You will also contribute to business development efforts by cultivating client relationships, developing proposals, and delivering presentations.
- The role offers a hybrid work environment with Tuesday-Thursday in-office and Monday & Friday WFH.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer in the State of Minnesota
- Minimum of 10-20 years of technical design experience with municipal and/or transportation projects including roadway design, vehicular and/or pedestrian access, site grading, pollution control, and stormwater management
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing multi-disciplined projects
- Track record of securing new project opportunities
- Ability to coach, mentor, and develop less experienced professionals
- Experience with QA/QC reviews for civil projects
- Experience working with regulatory agencies such as FEMA, DOT, DNR, and local/state government entities
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D for concept plans, grading, and site designs
- Flexibility for limited overnight travel
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
