- Tillman Fiber is seeking a strategic and data-savvy Digital Transformation & Project Manager to support the Office of Enterprise Resource Planning in driving digital innovation, operational efficiency, and cross-functional project execution.
- This role will manage a portfolio of digital initiatives across platforms such as Sitetracker, NetSuite, Hubspot, Praxedo, Paylocity, RFSmart, and others—ensuring projects are delivered on time, aligned with business goals, and evaluated through a data-driven lens.
- Responsibilities include leading and managing digital transformation projects, working closely with internal teams to gather requirements, analyzing and validating data within ERP tools, evaluating project ROI using data analytics, identifying operational efficiencies, exploring AI-driven enhancements, and supporting change management through training and stakeholder engagement.
