Description
  • As the Director of Corporate Partnerships at The Headstrong Project, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with corporate partners, developing tailored stewardship plans, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • You will focus equally on nurturing existing accounts and prospecting new partners, with a key emphasis on revenue growth, renewal strategies, and partnership development.
  • The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align programs with partner goals, tracking revenue performance, and providing regular reports.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years of relevant experience in corporate fundraising and/or B2B sales
  • Proven experience in account management, corporate partnerships, or related roles
  • Strong relationship management skills and stakeholder engagement
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to meet revenue targets and drive growth from existing donors
  • Experience in prospecting, business development, and securing new partnerships
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and donor management software
  • Passion for the mission of the non-profit sector and social impact
