- Tekmetric is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support their accounting team with month-end close activities, business line reporting, and data accuracy.
- The role includes owning reports, tracking billing and agreements, supporting ERP system implementation, reviewing sales tax, and assisting with year-end audits.
- The position requires strong technical accounting skills, experience with ERP software like NetSuite, and attention to detail.

Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Prior SaaS experience preferred
- Proficiency in accounting ERP software (e.g., NetSuite) and financial reporting tools
- Above average Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with Anrok or Avalara software is a plus
- Strong technical accounting skills and research capabilities
- Knowledge of full month-end close process
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working in multiple online environments
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across all levels of employees
