Description
- Tecovas, a Western footwear and apparel brand based in Austin, TX, is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their FP&A team.
- The role focuses on scaling the retail channel by managing expense and sales forecasting for over 50 stores, analyzing budget vs. actuals, and delivering regular reports to corporate and field teams.
- The analyst will oversee the Retail 4-Wall P&L, assist with sales and KPI forecasting, support monthly and quarterly close processes, and help develop budgets aligned with company goals.
- The position requires analyzing large datasets in Excel, creating presentations, and driving process improvements.
- The candidate should have 2-4 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, and a solid understanding of finance and accounting.
- Experience with payroll platforms is a plus.
