- We’re a national mental health practice co-founded by a patient and a triple-board-certified psychiatrist to solve access and quality issues.
- We’re seeking a GTM Recruiter to help us attract top talent for our Strategic Partnerships organization, which builds relationships with medical practices and health systems to expand access to mental health care.
- The role involves overseeing full lifecycle recruiting, sourcing creatively, collaborating with hiring teams, understanding business operations, and leveraging data to improve hiring processes.
- The ideal candidate has 4+ years of recruiting experience, especially in GTM, Sales, or Business Development, and is proactive in sourcing and engaging talent.
- This is a contract position with the potential to convert to full-time, paying $80-$85/hour plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, and more.
