Description
- The Community Development Agreement (CDA) Delivery Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, coordinating, and monitoring the CDA to ensure commitments are delivered effectively, transparently, and sustainably.
- The role involves managing community engagement, program planning, monitoring, governance, capacity building, and social risk mitigation.
- The position requires managing multi-stakeholder processes, facilitating participatory planning, developing work plans, overseeing projects, and ensuring compliance with IFC standards and Mozambican regulations.
- The role also includes building local capacity, supporting grievance mechanisms, and fostering partnerships with NGOs and government entities.
