Description
- The position requires leading the end-to-end deployment of Cisco Webex Dedicated Instance (DI) solutions, including planning, design, configuration, integration, testing, and go-live.
- Responsibilities include conducting assessments of clients' collaboration environments, configuring Cisco collaboration applications, integrating Webex DI with cloud services and on-premises systems, collaborating with network, security, and voice teams, performing user migrations, and providing documentation and training.
- The role also involves troubleshooting complex deployment issues, ensuring compliance, and staying current with Cisco Webex updates.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Cisco collaboration technologies, hybrid integrations, VoIP protocols, and relevant certifications.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Cisco Unified Communications / Collaboration technologies.
- Proven experience implementing and migrating to Cisco Webex Dedicated Instance (DI).
- Strong knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection (CUC), Cisco Expressway, IM & Presence, and Webex Control Hub.
- Familiarity with SIP trunking, PSTN connectivity, SBCs (e.g., CUBE, Audiocodes, Ribbon).
- Experience with hybrid integrations (Active Directory, Single Sign-On, Azure AD, Cisco Directory Connector).
- Strong understanding of VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP, SRTP, H.323).
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and client-facing communication skills.
