  • Senior Functional Remediation Coordinator (SFRC) leads complex consumer remediations involving multiple levels of customer harm, ambiguity, or regulatory complexity.
  • The role includes managing a portfolio of remediation projects, collaborating with process owners, SMEs, and analytics teams to identify impacted customer populations, and designing remediation plans.
  • SFRCs mentor FRCs, handle escalations, and operate with high autonomy to make decisions on remediation approaches, timelines, and resources.
  • The position involves partnering with leadership to optimize remediation methods, leading remediation pods, facilitating stakeholder communication, and ensuring timely escalation of risks.
  • Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, project management experience in financial services, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Desired skills include system knowledge, agile experience, creative problem solving, and strong communication skills.
  • The salary range is $90,000 - $155,000 USD annually, with eligibility for bonuses.
  • The role requires legal authorization to work in the U.S. and adherence to company policies and diversity commitments.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a financial or business-related field or high school diploma with 9+ years relevant work experience
  • 3+ years Project Management experience within Financial Services
  • 7+ years’ experience in a financial services industry, operations, or customer service, sales, digital servicing
  • 2+ years of experience managing remediations
  • Proven ability to lead highly complex projects
  • Experience fostering alignment across cross-functional teams
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, organizational, written and verbal communication skills
