Description
  • Sutherland is a global digital transformation and experience-led powerhouse with more than 30 years of helping the world’s most recognizable brands deliver effortless, intuitive, and human-centered interactions.
  • They are looking to add to their Talent Acquisition Team to support hiring demands across the Philippines, especially in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) Taguig.
  • The role involves supporting recruiting and hiring efforts, building a strong network for sourcing candidates, and facilitating pre-employment requirements such as drug tests and background checks.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of high-volume recruiting experience, BPO experience is a plus, and must be able to work onsite in BGC Taguig.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to manage multiple schedules, and proactivity in building trust are essential.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting
  • Ability to identify, recruit and develop talent with tight timelines
  • BPO experience a major plus
  • B2 or above English level
  • Must be able to work onsite in BGC Taguig
  • Ability to work in MS Office
  • Ability to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings and initiatives
  • Ability to be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
