The Senior Digital Product Manager at Strive Health will be a key member of the Digital Product team, working closely with engineers, clinicians, and operators to realize the company's digital vision.
The role focuses on delivering scalable, high-impact solutions that improve clinical workflows, reduce administrative burdens, and enhance patient and provider experiences through AI-enabled automation.
The manager will serve as the voice of the customer, define product KPIs, and oversee the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery within an agile SDLC.
The position requires understanding of digital health ecosystems, healthcare data interoperability, and experience with AI/LLM solutions.
The role reports to the Director of Digital Product and contributes to transforming the patient journey through innovative digital capabilities, including responsible AI deployment.
Responsibilities include owning product roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, influencing stakeholders, and continuously improving product operations.
The role demands a strategic thinker comfortable with ambiguity, capable of leading teams, and driving measurable outcomes in a healthcare setting.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
5+ years experience in a product management role.
4+ years experience at a healthcare delivery organization or working on a technology product in an agile environment.
Ability to travel and be on-site to meet business needs.
