The Manager, Quality Assurance & Regulatory will support global quality systems, product integrity, and regulatory compliance, including product testing, packaging validation, supplier quality management, non-conformance investigations, and regulatory filings.
The role reports to the Senior Director of Quality Assurance and collaborates with Product Development, Operations, Packaging, Creative, and Customer Experience teams.
Responsibilities include leading product testing programs, supporting packaging development, managing supplier quality, conducting audits, leading non-conformance and CAPA activities, overseeing complaints and adverse event reporting, maintaining product registrations, and ensuring regulatory compliance for labels, ingredients, and claims.
The role requires a scientific degree (Chemistry, Biology, Engineering) or equivalent experience, with 4+ years in QA/regulatory roles within cosmetics, OTC, or medical devices.
Experience with technical packaging validation, QMS, product testing, supplier audits, non-conformance investigations, ERP systems (preferably Netsuite), and complaint handling is essential.
Bonus points for familiarity with NetSuite, Greenlight Guru, and dashboard reporting platforms.
The salary range is $90,000-$115,000 plus bonus and stock options.

Requirements
Hold a BS in a scientific field (Chemistry, Biology, Engineering) or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience in quality assurance and/or regulatory roles within cosmetics, OTC, or medical device environments
Strong experience and deep understanding of technical packaging validation and testing processes
Experience with QMS systems (document control, SOPs, change control)
Experience with product testing (stability, compatibility, AQL, surveillance)
Strong working experience in supplier quality, audits, and compliance management
Experience with non-conformance investigations, CAPA, root-cause analysis
Experience working with ERPs (Netsuite preferred but not required)
Supported complaints handling, trending, and adverse event reporting
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective at balancing accuracy with fast timelines
Excellent cross-functional project management and communication skills
Proactive, curious, and entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to translate complex quality and regulatory requirements into clear guidance
