Description
  • SSENSE is seeking a Buying Coordinator, Menswear to provide essential support to both Buyers and Assistant Buyers within a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment.
  • The core responsibility of this role is to ensure the timely and accurate execution of purchase orders (POs) and the delivery of critical business reports.
  • The Coordinator will work closely with the Buying team, fostering strong collaboration across departments to support efficient business operations.
  • Responsibilities include managing purchase orders, facilitating operational and cross-departmental support, contributing to market analysis and trend reporting, and generating sales data and performance reports.
  • The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Business, Buying, or a related field, at least one year of relevant experience, intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, and excellent communication skills in both French and English.
  • Availability to work in-office twice a week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) is also required.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Buying, or a related field.
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience, preferably within the fashion and retail industry.
  • Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
  • Availability to come to the office twice a week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays).
  • Strong analytical and attention to detail skills.
