- Spring Health is seeking a Senior Network Operations Manager to join their Specialty Care team, responsible for building and maintaining provider vetting processes, optimizing workflows, and scaling provider network capacity.
- The role involves working cross-functionally with Clinical and Provider Operations teams to create and improve processes, evaluate provider quality, forecast demand, and support clinical team performance.
- The manager will also lead efforts in capacity planning, process automation, and scalability initiatives to meet growing program needs.
- The position reports to the Director of Operations, Specialty Care, and is fully remote with occasional travel.
- The role emphasizes building high-quality vetting standards, improving operational workflows, and ensuring provider network capacity aligns with demand to facilitate timely access to care.
- The ideal candidate has 6+ years in healthcare operations or provider management, with strong project management, data analysis, and process optimization skills.
- Compensation includes a target salary range of $110,000 - $142,500, along with stock options and benefits.
