- As the Head of Data & Analytics at Speak, you will be responsible for building and leading a world-class data organization that powers product, growth, and data engineering.
- You will define and execute the data strategy, scale infrastructure, improve data accessibility, and drive measurable business impact across millions of learners worldwide.
- Your role includes building and leading a team of analysts and data engineers, establishing data governance and compliance, developing scalable data pipelines, promoting self-serve data tools, increasing experimentation velocity, and fostering a data-first culture.
- You will also focus on using AI and related tools to enable scalability and innovation, standardize key metrics, and ensure data privacy compliance.
