Description
- SOSi is seeking a qualified, professional, and experienced Senior Interpreter Liaison.
- In this role, a Senior Spanish Interpreter would operate as a liaison to a local court, supporting interpretation needs through in-person, over-the-phone, and video remote interpreting.
- Responsibilities include training new interpreters, performing onsite assessments, establishing communication with interpreters, supporting court protocols, developing relationships with court personnel, and providing accurate interpretation in various modes.
- The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, knowledge of legal and criminal justice terminology, and the ability to perform sight, simultaneous, and consecutive translation while maintaining tone and accuracy.
