Description
- SmithRx is a rapidly growing, venture-backed Health-Tech company dedicated to transforming the Pharmacy Benefit Management sector through innovative technology and cost-saving tools.
- The Revenue Operations Business Analyst will serve as the primary liaison between the Revenue Operations team and stakeholders, responsible for understanding business challenges, translating needs into requirements, developing enablement strategies, and supporting system and process rollouts.
- The role includes conducting deep-dive sessions with various teams, documenting processes, designing and executing UAT plans, maintaining process documentation, and ensuring high user adoption.
- The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in revenue or sales operations, familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, and strong communication and analytical skills.
- Preferred experience includes Jira project management, healthcare or PBM background, and using AI tools to improve efficiency.
