- The Adjudication Analyst will operate as part of the Customer Support Team, working cross-functionally to develop and implement streamlined workflows, support adjudication analytics, and ensure accurate, cost-effective PBM solutions for clients and members.
- Responsibilities include providing front-line technical and analytical support on the adjudication platform, troubleshooting critical issues, analyzing claims data for inconsistencies, and collaborating with engineering and business teams to improve processes.
