Requirements
  • Completed studies in electrical engineering or equivalent
  • Prior experience of a technical support role is highly desirable, preferable from the traffic management industry
  • Ability to configure equipment for use with products and software
  • Knowledge of radar or sensor detection technology, intersection control basics, traffic signal cabinets, and their operation
  • Understanding of IP addressing, sub-networking, DHCP, static IP, and routed networks
  • Fluent English and French skills are necessary, Spanish and Italian are a plus
  • Willingness to travel to local customer locations and occasional trade shows
