  • About the Role
  • The Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for understanding client needs, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring continued satisfaction and retention. You’ll collaborate closely with the executive team to deliver tailored solutions and manage accounts with professionalism and care.
  • Responsibilities
  • Provide onboarding and ongoing training to enterprise customers
  • Conduct prospecting, lead generation, and close new business opportunities
  • Map out client organizations and identify key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with executives to resolve client issues promptly
  • Manage the full sales cycle and achieve monthly sales goals
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and deliverables for prospective clients
  • Negotiate contracts to establish strong, lasting client relationships
  • Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or related role
  • Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written)
  • Strong critical thinking and attention to detail
  • Passionate, proactive, and a fast learner
  • Customer service–oriented mindset with strong communication skills
