- Singular is looking for a talented and experienced Technical Writer to join their documentation team.
- The role involves creating informative and engaging content for a leading marketing measurement platform used by top global brands.
- The writer will work with cross-functional teams to document complex technical topics, improve existing knowledge bases, and develop multimedia content.
- Responsibilities include maintaining accuracy, researching technical topics, collaborating on help center improvements, translating features into user-friendly content, and analyzing user data to enhance documentation quality.
- The candidate should have experience in technical writing, especially for software products, and be capable of simplifying complex concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bonus points for experience with content management systems, SEO, video creation, and marketing or analytics background.

Requirements
- 2+ years of technical writing experience
- Experience documenting a highly technical software product
- Experience writing API/SDK documentation
- Software development experience/education - a plus
- Experience working in the ad tech/mobile marketing world - a plus
