Description
  • The Director of Sales at Silo is responsible for leading the full revenue engine, including new customer acquisition, renewals, and pricing strategy.
  • They will oversee the migration from legacy licensing models to subscription ARR, develop and enforce pricing guardrails, and partner with product and finance teams on packaging and modular pricing.
  • The role includes building forecasting rigor grounded in CRM data, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring disciplined CRM usage.
  • The candidate will coach and develop SDRs and AEs, enhance sales workflows, and implement best practices for the full sales cycle.
  • Additionally, they will collaborate with marketing on campaigns, partner with product teams to deliver customer insights, and work with customer success to drive renewals and upsells.
  • The ideal candidate has extensive SaaS sales leadership experience, a proven track record of ARR growth, and familiarity with platform or modular SaaS products, preferably in ERP or supply chain tech.
  • The role offers a base salary of $125,000-$150,000 plus commission, with remote work in the United States.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including sales leadership.
  • Proven success driving ARR growth and implementing pricing/contracting discipline.
  • Highly analytical and comfortable managing dashboards, forecasting, and KPIs.
  • Experience selling platform or modular SaaS products (ERP, operations, supply chain, or ag-tech a plus).
  • Strong coaching mindset—able to elevate the performance of an existing team.
  • Expertise with HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
